Retainer:		$3,500 — plus expedite fee if applicable
Out-of-State Retainer:		$5,000 — plus expedite fee if applicable
Hourly Rate:		$350/hour — professional and travel time
Deposition:		$450/hour or any portion of an hour
Trial:		$450/hour or any portion of an hour
Case Set-up Fee:		$300
Designation Fee:		$300 Fee to hold Mr. Andersen as expert on a case until needed (applied to retainer)
Expedite Fees:		Payable in advance, along with retainer — Opinion required in less than 8 days — $995 Opinion required within 9-15 days — $795 Opinion required within 16-21 days — $595
